By accessing or using the Finespark Clay Collective website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We provide in-person educational classes in clay sculpting, handbuilding, wheel throwing, glazing, and related workshops. Availability and pricing are subject to change.
3. Enrollment and payments
- Enrollment is confirmed after successful payment.
- Seats are limited; we may refuse or cancel orders to maintain safety and capacity.
- Taxes and fees may apply depending on your location.
4. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the start of your class. Within 7 days, we may credit your account if we can fill your seat. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class; in that case you may receive a full refund or credit.
5. Acceptable use
- Follow all safety instructions and studio rules.
- Do not misuse equipment, materials, or facilities.
- Be respectful toward staff and participants; harassment will not be tolerated.
6. Intellectual property
All site content, branding, copy, and course materials are owned by Finespark Clay Collective or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.
7. Disclaimer
Classes are provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to deliver quality instruction but do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes. You are responsible for your own creative results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable class.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
